The board sent out a ballot to all members on Monday. This ballot requires a quorum to respond or the vote cannot be counted. This is one reason for the recommended change in the bylaws. Please mark your ballot and return it in the stamped, pre-addressed envelope enclosed with the ballot. You may also return your ballot by email, fax, or in person.
